Positive: El departamento es muy lindo . Negative: Que el servicio de playa obligatorio de u$ 35 por dia por un Departamento para 6 personas, incluya solo dos reposeras y una sombrilla. Y cada reposera individual te cobran u$ 18 y no esta permitido llevar " otras sillas " a esa playa .

Spacious Condo with Good Services and Beach Access Positive: What we loved about the accommodation The apartment is very well sized and truly spacious, which made it perfect for our family stay. The layout is comfortable, the beds are excellent, and everything felt relaxing and well designed for longer stays. The view from the 14th floor was amazing, overlooking the river and creating a very pleasant atmosphere both during the day and at night. The building is extremely well organized, with 24/7 staff, valet service, and dedicated check-in and check-out personnel, which made everything easy and smooth. The pool area is great, and the location is a big plus — very close to the beach, allowing quick and easy access while still being in a calm and comfortable area. Negative: Although the location is very pleasant and calm, some guests may find it a bit far from South Beach and the main Miami nightlife areas. For us, this quieter setting was actually a positive aspect, but it may not suit everyone. The condo does offer a very good beach service — with chairs, umbrella, and towels — which worked perfectly, and there is a nice bar close to the beach, so beach days were enjoyable. The points for improvement are mostly minor details: the air-conditioning could be cleaner, the bathrooms do not have soap holders, and there are a few small marks or scratches on some walls, likely from previous guests’ luggage. These are small maintenance issues that did not impact the comfort. The downside are the lifts. To few for do many apartments.

Large 3BD Condo; Jetski rental nearby Positive: The condo is clean, spaceous, quiet, nicely furnished and very comfortable. We stayed four nights. I would have liked to stay longer. My check in was easy. The reception desk, security and valet is open 24/7, friendly and ready to assist. There is a 7-Eleven next door and a Walmart grocery store withing walking diatance. There are two swimming pools, both salt water, clean and towels provided. The sixth floor pool and tennis court area is controlled access and has a bar. There is a jacuzzi, cabanas and plenty of lounge chairs. The first floor pool is behind the building on the causeway. Co-located by the pool is a small dock where Flamingo jetski rental operates. Nice setup for short and longer term stays. Negative: One thing to keep in mind is that the building is 43 stories tall and the elevator can get busy at certain times of the day. Plan for longer wait times at peak entry/exit times of the day.
